About the Company
At Flow, we’re reimagining what it means to live, work, and connect. More than just a real estate company, Flow is a brand, a technology platform, and an operations ecosystem spanning condominiums, hotels, multifamily residences, and office spaces. We’re building a new kind of living experience: one that’s flexible, connected, and designed to create genuine community and real value for the people who call Flow home.
Our mission is oneness: prioritizing our residents and their experiences, and fostering connection with ourselves, their neighbors, and the natural world. By putting people at the center of everything we do, we’re creating vibrant, human-centered communities where life, work, creativity, and play all come together in one place.
About the Role
Flow builds places people genuinely want to live in and the Senior Project Manager is one of the people who makes that real. This role owns the end-to-end delivery of Flow developments: from the earliest Concept sketches through Design Development, GFC Documentation, FF&E Selection, Site Execution, and final Handover. You're the single point of accountability, which means both the satisfaction of seeing a project through completely and the authority to drive it there.
You'll orchestrate across architecture, interior design, structural, MEP, and landscape. You'll be resolving coordination gaps before they reach site, holding the delivery cadence together, and making sure every change is documented and every decision has a paper trail. The project mix spans ground-up developments, conversions, third-party standard conversions, and tenant fit-outs, so no two years look the same.
You'll report to the Head of Architectural Design and mentor the Project Managers around you by raising the delivery bar across the team as much as you raise it on your own projects.
