The support team works to ensure that customers love us and love our products. We are accountable for customers’ success and positive experience with Carbon3D. Field Service Engineers work with our Service and Engineering teams to address issues at customer sites. This role reports to the Field Service Engineering Manager.
Location: This is a remote role with frequent travel, based out of a home office preferably in Michigan. We are looking for someone living commutable (driving) distance from Detroit Metropolitan Airport (DTW).
This role is not eligible for current Visa sponsorship or transfer.

The compensation bracket for this position in Michigan is $82,800 - $124,200 (per year). In order to maintain equitable internal pay practices, we aim to hire new employees near the midpoint of $103,500, taking into account your experience, work location, certifications, and the unique skills you bring to the role.
