What You’ll Do:
CoreWeave is seeking a Senior Global Mobility Partner to help build and operate a scalable global mobility program for a rapidly growing, globally distributed workforce. Reporting to the Director, Global People Operations, you will own the operating model for immigration, relocation, and cross-border employment, while serving as a trusted partner to People, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Finance, Payroll, and business leaders.
This is a highly visible and impactful staff-level role: you will translate complex immigration and mobility requirements into clear decisions, repeatable processes, strong vendor governance, and an excellent employee and candidate experience. You will also lead and develop one Global Mobility team member as the function scales across the US, EMEA, and APAC.

The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $198,000. The starting salary will be determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and the market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation. In addition to base salary, our total rewards package includes a discretionary bonus, equity awards, and a comprehensive benefits program (all based on eligibility).
