The Opportunity As the Senior Manager of Product Structure, PLM & MES, you are the architect of the digital backbone that connects our robotic innovations to real-world production. In this high-impact leadership role, you will strategically own the implementation and evolution of our Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution (MES) systems and processes to scale with a rapidly growing product and manufacturing organization ("Digital Thread"). You will govern the product architecture for our complex mechatronic systems, ensuring that our Engineering BOM (EBOM), Manufacturing BOM (MBOM), and Service BOM (SBOM) are perfectly synchronized.  This is not just a systems role — it’s a business transformation mandate. You will define and execute the PLM and MES roadmap in collaboration with executive stakeholders, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, product, and after-sales service functions. You’ll help us build an integrated, enterprise-grade ecosystem that accelerates product development, enables traceability, and scales product data excellence.     The Market & Our Technology ANYbotics transforms industrial plants in the energy, process, and utility sector by introducing robotics to a wide range of novel applications that so far were beyond reach.
