About The Role We are seeking a high-performing and highly organized Senior Operations Lead, Core Operations (Transformation) to serve as a key strategic thinker and execution driver within the Transformation Operations team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Core Operations (Transformation), the Senior Operations Lead will drive the end-to-end operational planning, execution, and change enablement for high-priority and time-bound strategic projects across Clinical Operations. This role requires high level communication skills, the ability to partner cross-functionally on sensitive and key projects, mental agility, and a meticulous approach to managing a portfolio of complex projects.
