As a Senior operations Specialist, you will contribute to operational efficiency by supporting the Homes supply, onboarding funnels and assessing their readiness for listing on Airbnb, ensuring alignment with policy, design, and regulatory requirements. Through reliable delivery of key performance metrics and a growing understanding of domain knowledge, this role will support informed decision-making and consistent operational execution. A Typical Day:
As a member of the Operations team, you will apply foundational principles, practices, and methodologies within your designated focus area, developing expertise across a range of workflows. This role requires a blend of functional knowledge and hands-on experience to support efficiency and effectiveness in day-to-day operations.
