About the People and Culture Team

The Mixpanel People team exists to help every employee do their best work. We build the structure and support that enables a high-performing organization to move fast without losing what makes us Mixpanel - connection, candor, and the values we hold each other to.

A core driver of Mixpanel's success is investing in our people and clearing the way for individuals and teams of every background to reach their full potential. The People function leads that work - executing our people strategy, advising senior leadership, and running HR operations with the rigor a high-performing company demands.

Within that team, this role owns the EMEA go-to-market population specifically — three offices (London, Barcelona, and Tel Aviv) growing fast enough that the programs supporting them are still being built, not just maintained.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role based in London, supporting Mixpanel's EMEA business across our London, Barcelona, and Israel offices, embedded with our Go-To-Market leadership team. You'll report to our Global Head of HR Business Partners and operate as a strategic, trusted advisor to EMEA GTM leadership - shaping programs and policy, not just executing them.

This is a multi-country role by design. Your GTM population sits across the UK, Spain, and Israel, so working knowledge of employment law and practice in all three is essential - the right call in one market is often the wrong call in another. Experience supporting teams in APAC is a strong plus as our footprint there grows, but it isn't required.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary People Business Partner for Mixpanel's EMEA GTM leadership team, operating as a strategic, trusted advisor on org design, workforce planning, and talent strategy.
  • Proactively coach and partner with GTM people managers and leaders across EMEA to build, lead, and grow high-performing teams.
  • Lead complex, multi-country change initiatives — reorgs, comp cycles, policy rollouts — from strategy through communication, partnering with stakeholders to build buy-in rather than just announcing outcomes.
  • Investigate and resolve employee relations matters across the UK, Spain, and Israel, balancing legal risk, company principle, and individual dignity.
  • Turn workforce data — attrition, engagement, performance — into a business case leaders act on, not just a report they skim.
  • Collaborate with the broader People team on programs that elevate the employee experience company-wide, bringing an EMEA- and GTM-specific point of view to global design.
  • Maintain fluency in HR principles, practices, and regulatory environments across the UK, Spain, and Israel to recommend policy with confidence.
  • Build automation and AI into your own workflows and the team's — using it to move faster on the transactional work so there's more time for the judgment calls that need a person.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

  • 8+ years of experience in HR/People roles, including 5+ years as a dedicated People/HR Business Partner, ideally supporting Sales or go-to-market organizations.
  • Working knowledge of employment law and HR practice in the UK, Spain, and Israel — this one's essential, not a nice-to-have.
  • Deep functional experience in two or more HR areas: talent management, employee relations, employee experience, compensation, organizational development, or HR policy.
  • A track record of leading through ambiguity and owning multi-country problems end to end.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills, with sound commercial judgment and empathy in equal measure.
  • Fluency with AI and automation tools, and a habit of using them to create efficiency in your own work rather than waiting for someone else to build the solution.
  • Excellent, direct communication — the kind that earns trust even in hard conversations.

Bonus Points For

  • Experience supporting APAC teams or navigating employment practice in other European markets.
