The Opportunity - Senior Product Designer II (Remote - USA / CANADA)

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer II to own design for a core product area at Wrapbook. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone who frames the problem and drives work from definition through delivery without waiting for the "what." You'll take on broad, cross cutting work where requirements evolve and no clear solution exists upfront, then create the structure and clarity that carries a cohesive end to end experience across systems and surfaces. Your work will set the bar the team calibrates against, and others will be able to point to decisions you made that changed the direction of a project.

What you'll do:

  • Own a product area end to end with minimal direction, framing loosely defined problems and delivering grounded, defensible work across systems and user surfaces even when the right approach is not defined at the start.

  • Ground every decision in evidence and measure its impact, using Pendo, Dovetail, and research to shape direction, defining success upfront, and connecting outcomes to customer benefit and business OKRs through signals like speed, efficiency, error reduction, and delight.

  • Own prioritization for your area without being told what matters most, synthesizing competing signals from Pendo, research, and PM inputs into a clear point of view that drives alignment on design deliverables.

  • Set the standard for implementation ready deliverables, creating and evolving the templates that make specs, flows, content, edge cases, and detailed logic easy to trace back to personas and JTBD.

  • Explore multiple solutions and challenge established patterns to create best in class experiences, holding the quality bar under pressure, staying accountable to the last detail, and improving experiences in your domain even outside the current roadmap.

  • Operate at a high AI bar, moving beyond daily use to measurable impact by introducing AI skills, agentic flows, and reusable workflows that cut repetitive work, accelerate research and validation, and create cleaner handoffs for product and engineering.

  • Shape how teams collaborate across complex initiatives, establishing the right forums and decision structure, using senior judgment and clear rationale to influence decisions and challenge requirements early before direction hardens.

  • Mentor designers at all levels through actionable feedback, and keep status, decisions, and risks current in tools like Linear so stakeholders and design leadership always have an accurate picture.

What you'll have:

  • 8+ years in UX or product design, an expert across multiple core disciplines whose craft opinion others seek out on hard questions.

  • A track record of leading broad, cross cutting work from definition through delivery with significant autonomy, including projects where no clear solution existed upfront.

  • Ownership of a product area's metric-driven understanding, using Pendo, Dovetail, and research to shape decisions, define success in measurable terms, and prove whether the design delivered customer and business value.

  • Strong prioritization judgment, with the ability to synthesize competing inputs into a defensible point of view and drive alignment without repeated escalation.

  • A high documentation and craft bar, with deep design system fluency and the accountability to hold quality under pressure down to the last detail.

  • AI fluency and a growth mindset toward agentic workflows, with comfort using tools like Claude, Claude Code, Figma, and Cursor and a demonstrated ability to build reusable workflows and skills others adopt.

  • Exceptional collaboration, influence, and communication skills, with a proven ability to align Product, Engineering, and Research and to shape direction before it hardens.

  • Customer obsession, grounded in evidence rather than assumption.
