Genuine passion for AI, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
Strong technical fluency, comfortable discussing tradeoffs with engineers.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive, ownership-driven mindset, and the instinct to build the frameworks that keep a fast-moving team focused.
