Role

This goes way beyond executing tests: you'll own quality end-to-end, shaping the experience long before a line of code is written and long after a feature goes live. Before a feature is even built, you're already in the room, asking the sharp questions that stop issues before they're born. From there, you'll design and run test cases with real autonomy, trusted to make the calls that matter. And when a feature ships, your job isn't done: you'll stay close, supporting the team through whatever comes up. At every step, you're not just checking specs, you're pushing the entire experience to be better, sharper, more seamless. You'll do this inside a cross-functional team and across others when needed, which means your your communication and ability to lead carry weight.
