  • Design and scale AI-native workflows that reduce manual work, improve consistency, and accelerate decision-making

  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational pain points and translate them into process, tooling, and reporting improvements

  • Work closely with Business Systems and data teams to operationalize automation and improve workflow efficiency across the revenue engine

  • Build structure around complex initiatives by defining goals, owners, success metrics, timelines, and risks

  • Drive adoption and change management for new processes, tools, and ways of working

  • Improve visibility and execution quality through scalable reporting, process discipline, and operational rigor

What Makes You a Good Fit:

  • 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field

  • Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional projects and driving results across multiple stakeholder groups

  • Strong program management skills and the ability to keep work moving in fast-paced, ambiguous environments

  • Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to identify issues, inform decisions, and measure impact

  • Experience improving business processes and translating operational needs into scalable workflows and systems changes

  • Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment is strongly encouraged for all Skydio employees and required for certain positions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in enterprise technology, hardware, SaaS, or other complex B2B go-to-market environments
