About the role

We are looking for a senior engineer to own and maintain our HD maps infrastructure. This role will have the opportunity to build the future of our maps by collaborating with engineers as well as customers.

At Applied Intuition, you will:

  • Own our maps infrastructure across all of our products

  • Define our map storage format to handle more features and distribute map data focusing on UIs, data pipelines and storage, and SDKs

  • Collaborate with engineers and customers on existing and future designs and features

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Experience building software components or (sub) systems that address real-world mapping and localization challenges

  • 2+ years of experience developing in C++ or Python

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with either autonomous vehicles or simulation products
