We’re looking for a social media specialist to own and execute our social media calendar, amplify our brand story, and engage with our target audience comprising of CIOs and IT leaders across platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and more.
What you’ll do:
- Plan ahead and manage our weekly social media calendar
- Write engaging, brand-aligned copy that addresses our personas challenges while highlighting our product capabilities
- Collaborate with designers to create eye-catching visuals and videos
- Repurpose and break down existing content (webinars, podcasts, blogs) into bite-sized content that can be consumed by our audience easily
- Look at social media metrics and experiment with post schedules and content variety
- Drive internal employee engagement on social media
What we’re looking for:
- 2-3 years of experience in social media for a B2B SaaS company (Bonus points if you've worked with an enterprise-level customer or employee support software company)
- A flair for storytelling and writing engaging content
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills (experience with Canva or any AI video editing tools is a HUGE plus!)
- You're not scared of tech jargons but find a way to break them down into simple concepts
