The EMEA Startups team works with fast-growing, digital-native companies as they move from early technical exploration to production adoption. In this role, you will engage founders, CTOs, VP Engineering/Data, architects and technical leaders to identify high-impact use cases, shape modern data and AI architectures, and help customers make Databricks a strategic part of their product and technology roadmap.
You will work on new-logo accounts in the France Startups segment and SMBs, while selectively supporting expansion opportunities in existing accounts. You will operate across a broad and dynamic account set, combining strong technical judgment with business-oriented discovery and signal-based prioritisation.
You will partner closely with Account Executives and the wider Field Engineering organisation to create technical wins, accelerate time to value and build lasting customer relationships.
