About the role

This is a career-making opportunity to own Gamma's B2B product roadmap end to end. You'll define and ship features that drive enterprise adoption and expansion, from workplace integrations to admin controls and brand governance. You'll balance the needs of enterprise and SMB customers while maintaining the consumer-grade experience Gamma is known for. You'll serve as the standard-bearer for customer interactions, trusted by leadership to stand at the front of any room or sit at the head of any table. You'll own the relationship across Sales, CS, GTM, legal, and compliance, and you'll be raring to spend time with our biggest customers, both selling the vision and resolving challenges.

The raw material at Gamma is unmatched: a beloved product, a strong consumer brand, a clear enterprise use case, a peerless AI offering, and GTM counterparts personally recruited by our founders on the basis of their excitement to operate within a product-led culture. Plus, it's a lot of fun. How many B2B roles are anchored in channeling wild creativity into undeniable results?

Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.

What you'll do

  • Own the B2B product roadmap end to end, defining and shipping features that drive enterprise adoption and expansion

  • Be the voice of enterprise discovery: in rooms with enterprise buyers, understanding their workflows, surfacing unstated requirements, and bringing that signal back to shape the roadmap

  • Serve as the standard-bearer for high-quality customer interactions, trusted by founders and leadership to represent Gamma in any setting

  • Build cross-functional credibility with Sales, CS, and GTM, acting as the connective tissue between product and the teams in front of customers

  • Balance the needs of enterprise and SMB customers, and partner with compliance, enterprise IT, legal, and security, while maintaining Gamma's consumer-grade product experience

  • Work hands-on with engineers to ship complex, scalable systems that meet enterprise requirements around security, permissions, and compliance

  • Define success metrics and drive toward ambitious goals for revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction

What you'll bring

  • 6+ years of product management experience with at least 3+ years focused on enterprise B2B product-led growth SaaS or AI go-to-market motions

  • A genuine preference for the early-stage startup environment: you're energized by ambiguity rather than looking for a settled playbook

  • The ability to inspire a team and bring fresh thinking to enterprise problems, rather than running the same playbook again

  • Technical fluency to discuss complex tradeoffs with senior backend engineers, particularly around security, scalability, and integrations

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and self-starter approach to analysis

  • Experience working with top-tier designers to ship complex, polished user experiences that work for both end users and admins

  • Track record of translating enterprise requirements into product strategy and shipping features that drive measurable business outcomes

  • Customer-facing experience and comfort leading demos, discovery sessions, and strategic conversations with decision-makers

Compensation range:

The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $225K - $290K plus benefits & equity.

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience and expertise in the requirements listed above.

If you're interested in this role but you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply anyway! We're always excited about meeting great people.
