The Quality function plays a critical role in ensuring product conformity, process excellence, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire product lifecycle—from supplier qualification through final product acceptance.
We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and continuously improving Skyloom's AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring products, processes, and suppliers consistently meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements for quality, reliability, and performance.
Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Program Management, you will lead internal quality assurance activities, including quality system compliance, manufacturing quality, audits, nonconformance management, root cause investigations, risk management, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple aerospace programs. You will also support Supplier Quality activities to help ensure the highest standards across Skyloom's products and operations.
Compensation
The approximate base salary range for this position is $126,887 - $166,127. The total compensation package includes base, bonus, equity, and a range of benefit options found on our career site.

Compensation will vary based on individual factors such as education, qualifications, and experience of the final candidate(s), specific office location, and calibration against relevant market data and internal team equity. Posted base salary figures are subject to change as new market data becomes available.
