This is an opportunity to drive meaningful impact by partnering with Revenue, Finance,, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and business-critical ERP solutions that support Pinterest’s continued growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design end-to-end solutions across billing, receivables, collections, subledger, and related finance processes to improve business resilience and operational efficiency.
  • Architect and enhance integrations across Oracle EBS Financials, SaaS applications, and cloud platforms that support revenue operations, reporting, and downstream financial processes.
  • Use AI thoughtfully as a force multiplier for systems analysis, documentation, and operational efficiency, while applying sound judgment, governance, and risk awareness in business-critical Finance systems environments.
  • Partner with Revenue and Finance business stakeholders to understand priorities, assess current-state challenges, and define scalable future-state solutions.
  • Help define and execute the Oracle ERP roadmap in partnership with product owners, systems managers, and business leaders, aligning technology investments with strategic business priorities.
  • Evaluate and improve existing finance and ERP processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, strengthen controls, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Ensure strong SDLC, change management, and SOX-compliant processes across the ERP ecosystem, with a focus on auditability, stability, and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Managed Service Partners and internal teams to promote operational excellence, support best practices, and continuously improve service delivery.
  • Partner across Finance and IT to support broader ERP modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle EBS in large, complex enterprise environments.
  • Deep expertise in Oracle EBS Financials, including modules such as Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Subledger Accounting (SLA), EBTax, and Advanced Collections.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials is a plus.
  • Ability to use AI responsibly in enterprise environments, with attention to security, privacy, governance, and the validation of AI-assisted outputs before use in production or business-critical workflows.
  • Strong functional understanding of end-to-end Finance processes, accounting operations, and ERP controls in a public-company or highly regulated environment.
  • Experience leading Oracle EBS configuration, enhancements, issue resolution, release coordination, and cross-functional systems initiatives.
  • Solid understanding of Oracle EBS integrations, enterprise application architecture, and cloud integration frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge of SOX controls, audit readiness, compliance requirements, and change management practices within ERP and financial systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with proven success working across Finance, IT, vendors, and global cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, systems thinking, and a track record of delivering reliable, scalable, and business-focused enterprise solutions.
