Don't live near one of our offices? No worries: You can apply to work remotely in any country in which we have a physical presence.
Reddit's Infrastructure organization has the mission of building and delivering the compute orchestration environment, storage and data systems, and essential platform services behind all of Reddit. The breadth of the infrastructure portfolio spans Compute, Storage, Messaging, Transport, Core Platform, Ranking Platform, SRE, Security, and Compliance. and more, each with active roadmaps driving modernization, migrations, and platform evolution.
We are looking for an experienced Staff Technical Program Manager (IC5) who is a generalist across all things infrastructure. This role requires strong TPM skills paired with strong technical knowledge to effectively drive programs across the full breadth of Reddit's infrastructure stack. You will plan and execute complex, multi-team programs, from cluster migrations and storage modernization to Kafka client rollouts, with a deep understanding of the processes, trade-offs, and dependencies involved.
Why this role matters:
Reddit's infrastructure is undergoing its most significant modernization in company history. We are migrating off legacy clusters, standing up intent-based compute environments, evolving our storage and messaging platforms, scaling ML serving to GPU, and expanding to multi-region serving, all simultaneously across 30+ platform teams. This is a rare opportunity to partner with world-class engineering teams at the intersection of all of these efforts, serving as the connective tissue that keeps Reddit's most complex infrastructure programs on track, dependencies visible, and execution aligned to a shared long-term strategy.
If you’re looking to positively and directly impact an already awesome company culture, we’d like to hear from you!

Your portfolio will include large-scale migrations, tooling modernization, and platform evolution efforts. You will partner deeply with engineering teams as a technical peer, not from the stratosphere, but in the details, bringing programs to completion, balancing risk across frontend, backend, and revenue-producing teams, and ensuring execution stays aligned to Reddit's long-term infrastructure strategy.
