We’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Generalist to help us quickly scale out operations.
You will partner closely with founders, engineering, research, and business teams to drive high-priority projects across the company — from GTM strategy and, data and automation, partnerships, internal operations and org scaling. The ideal candidate is both strategic and execution-oriented: able to think big picture, but a builder at heart.
Drive and execute cross-functional initiatives spanning product, research, and business operations.
Build scalable processes to help the company move faster as we grow.
Partner with leadership on strategic planning, prioritization, and execution.
Own special projects that may range from market analysis, automation, and partnerships, ops, and finance.
Develop insights and frameworks to guide decision-making across the company.
Serve as a force multiplier for the leadership team, identifying bottlenecks and unlocking growth.
7-10 years experience in strategy or operations in an early stage startup, or consulting experience with a top tier firm.
Autonomous with ownership mentality.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias toward action.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to influence and collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
Adaptability and resourcefulness — you thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments.
Deep interest in AI, AI strategies and the AI market.
