  • API Testing & Integrations: Utilize tools like Postman to test, validate, and demonstrate Auth0 and Okta REST APIs (executing CRUD operations for users, roles, and application configurations).

  • Complex Problem Resolution: Dissect multi-faceted developer and architectural issues, proactively identify technical risks, and orchestrate effective solutions or escalations collaboratively with Customer Success and Engineering.

  • Advocate for customer technical needs within cross-functional product and engineering teams.

Thought Leadership & Team Enablement

  • Provide best practices, workshops, and technical enablement for customer developers, software architects, and engineering leads.

  • Generate repeatable code samples, Postman collections, architectural guides, and strategy assets for the global TAM team.

  • API Prototyping Tools: Advanced experience working with REST APIs, webhooks, and tools like Postman to test API endpoints, manage collections, and demonstrate programmatic workflows.

  • Development & Scripting: Strong hands-on ability to read, modify, or build simple web applications (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, Python, React) to demonstrate authentication routing, protected routes, token validation, and Auth0 SDK integration.

  • Customer Identity Patterns: Solid understanding of B2B and B2C identity patterns, tenant management, social identity providers, enterprise connections, and user migration strategies.
