We’re looking for a Staff Technical Program Manager, Emerging Products to help us take the next generation of Webflow, new AI-native products, from prototype to general availability and build the execution systems that let Webflow launch new products predictably.

• The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets, and the specific base pay within the range will be determined by the candidate’s geographic location, job-related experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.

• United States (all figures cited below are in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)

Zone A: $212,500 - $255,000

Zone B: $200,000 - $240,000

Zone C: $186,700 - $224,000

• Canada (figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in ON & BC, Canada)

• 232,000 - 278,000 CAD

This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

As a Staff Technical Program Manager, Emerging Products, you’ll…

• Own the execution portfolio for an emerging product line from discovery through GA, across multiple engineering pods and cross-functional workstreams spanning Engineering, Product, Design, and GTM.
• Partner with Engineering leaders, Tech Leads, and PMs to decompose ambiguous, high-risk technical challenges into clear milestones, sequencing, and execution plans that drive toward abstract goals.
• Design and run the operating model for a fast-moving, zero-to-one program: pod structure, DRI cadences, cross-functional leads syncs, readiness checklists, and leadership reviews that read from artifacts teams already produce rather than creating new reporting.
• Define GA and launch readiness criteria with Product, Engineering, and GTM, and drive the trade-off decisions needed to hit them, with a named owner and decision date for each.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies across pillars, establish proactive risk management, and give executives data-driven visibility into where the program actually stands.
• Build repeatable systems, health metrics, and playbooks that outlive this program and become the default for how Webflow takes new products to market, embedding AI tooling and automation to scale visibility and reduce manual coordination.
• Coach EMs, PMs, and peer TPMs on execution craft and ownership behaviors, raising the quality of program management around you.

About you:

• BS / BA college degree or relevant experience
• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of running strategic, cross-pillar programs

You’ll thrive as a Staff Technical Program Manager, Emerging Products if you:

• Have taken a new product from zero to launch, or led programs in an incubation, new-venture, or emerging-technology environment where scope, staffing, and requirements were still being defined.
• Have a strong technical foundation and are comfortable partnering with technical leaders on architecture trade-offs and execution structure. Experience with AI, agentic, or developer platform products is strongly preferred.
• Have built repeatable systems (operating cadences, readiness frameworks, health metrics) that improved execution beyond a single program and were adopted by others.
• Are hyper-organized and capable of coordinating across multiple independent work streams and organizations without losing the thread.
• Thrive in ambiguity: you frame trade-offs, facilitate prioritization, and bring forward recommended solutions rather than open questions.
• Are a role model for effective execution practices, driven by an attuned sense of priority and urgency, and able to say the hard thing with care.
• Communicate effectively with executives and engineers alike, and are a confident presenter to leadership teams and large internal groups.
• Are proficient with program management tooling (e.g., Linear, Jira, Confluence, Google Suite) and able to introduce lightweight processes that scale.
• Stay curious and open to growth — demonstrating a proactive embrace of AI, and actively building and applying fluency in emerging technologies to elevate how we work, drive faster outcomes, and expand collective impact.
