About the Role
Lyra is looking for an experienced mental health clinical leader with a passion for clinical quality and management. The ideal candidate brings demonstrated enthusiasm and experience in clinical quality assurance, consultation regarding EBTs, a deep commitment to culturally responsive care, and experience in administrative and clinical management of mental health providers.
For this full-time role, the primary responsibility will be to provide management oversight and clinical consultation to therapists practicing CBT and other evidence-based practices through our innovative video therapy platform. This includes reviewing and providing feedback on clinical quality metrics and consulting on clinical cases. You will also assist with key quality improvement initiatives including specialty consultations, provider training, and quality assurance reviews.
This position is fully remote and reports to a Senior Clinical Quality Manager.
