The Visual Designer sits within the Product Creative team to own asset creation, general visual design, and motion support — working as a force multiplier for designers across Robinhood. This is a distinct role from our product design function; rather than owning UX flows or product strategy, you'll be focused on the quality and scalability of the visual craft that underpins Robinhood's product suite.
This role calls for someone who takes proactive ownership of creative systems and is building and maintaining advanced AI workflows that allow the team to generate and iterate on assets at scale, while also serving as the team's go-to resource for icons, illustration, 3D, and motion. The ideal candidate brings both strong visual instincts and the technical curiosity to push what's possible with emerging tools.
This role is based in our Bellevue, WA, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones.
