About Titan

Despite decades of innovation in money, the most important consumer money domain remains largely untouched: wealth management. Legacy Wall Street institutions still dominate private wealth, gatekeeping their services behind extremely high minimums, janky user experiences, and layers of fees. They are, in our opinion, the "final boss" of consumer fintech.

Our belief: every American deserves an elite wealth team navigating their capital, delivered at the cost and speed only humans working in harmony with AI can unlock.

At heart, we're a small pack of hard-working rebels operating at the intersection of engineering craft and high-stakes financial precision. Every person here is a calibrated bet on what we're building next. Our mission is to rebuild what a wealth management firm means, from the ground up, brick by brick, leveraging technology across the entire stack, so that AI lets one wealth advisor deliver what used to take a team, serving clients a Wall Street team never could have reached.

We're backed by a16z and Sam Altman, and currently power over $1 billion in assets under management.

Why Join Titan

For the right person, this will be one of the most rewarding roles they ever have.

  • Legacy-defining vision. Private wealth in every pocket isn't an incremental product. It’s not B2B automation. It’s a “before & after” moment in money.

  • The time is now. LLMs just unlocked what was impossible five years ago: truly personalized wealth management for everyone.

  • Outsized decision making. We're a small team by design. Every hire is precise, every role carries real weight, and your decisions disproportionately shape what we become.

  • Built in person, in the trenches. We're a high-touch, high-tempo group that works side by side. You’ll see our founders working in the trenches with the team everyday.

  • Ownership in every sense. Competitive cash and well-above-market equity. We believe in identifying only exceptional talent and compensating them generously.

  • World-class backing. Investors who share the bold vision: a16z, General Catalyst, Accel, Y Combinator, Sam Altman, Paul Graham, and more.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Wealth Advisor to join our Advisory team. Advisory is key to our mission of increasing our generation’s compound growth rate. We pride ourselves in rethinking established paradigms for the end-to-end investment management experience and pushing the status quo. Our goal is to tech-enable the relationship between client and investment manager, setting clients up for superior investment outcomes and compounding their financial knowledge.

You will work directly with our Director of Wealth Advisory to help bridge Titan’s Investment Management and Product teams, helping drive the most seamless investment experience possible for our clients. You will engage current and prospective clients in discussions focused on the nuances of Titan’s investment offerings, reimagine the wealth management industry from the ground up, participate in bespoke portfolio analysis for clients, create and project-manage investment insights (investment reports/webinars), and intensely collaborate cross functionally (Investment Research, Growth/Marketing, Product/Design, Biz Ops & Strategy) to drive product and revenue growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow your book of clients: Take ownership of a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, deepening relationships and increasing Assets Under Management through proactive, value-driven guidance.

  • Deliver exceptional client experiences: Be the trusted advisor clients turn to for financial insights, portfolio strategy, and tailored solutions that align with their goals.

  • Identify growth opportunities within existing relationships: Expand wallet share, cross-sell relevant services, and help clients maximize their investment outcomes.

  • Lead high-impact client conversations: Conduct meetings and presentations that showcase our advisory approach and reinforce client trust.

  • Collaborate with internal teams: Partner with operations, investment strategy, and product specialists to ensure seamless delivery of advice and support.

  • Maintain disciplined account oversight: Track client activity, monitor portfolio performance, and ensure reporting and compliance obligations are met.

Qualifications

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Wealth Advisory, Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, or other client-facing investment management roles

  • Exceptional written and communication skills along with an acute attention to details

  • Demonstrated ability to handle assorted client questions (including asset allocation recommendations, market perspectives, portfolio positioning, etc.)

  • Comfortable with high volumes of client interactions (e.g., video/phone calls, large-audience webinars)

  • Strong ability to work cross functionally and think creatively to drive product growth

  • Familiarity with investment management principles, asset allocation frameworks, alternative investing, and quantitative analysis

  • Proficiency with basic financial modeling in Microsoft Excel

  • You are fluent with data. You can use data to answer questions, identify opportunities, find insights, measure progress towards goals, and iterate quickly.

  • You make things happen. You are scrappy and find ways to overcome roadblocks with workarounds or tradeoffs.

  • Series 7, 63 and 65 (or Series 7 and 66) required
