Help Build the Future of Healthcare AI

Studio is healthcare’s no-code AI agent platform. Every agent our customers deploy gets built there: teams define what an agent should do, pressure-test it across thousands of simulated conversations, connect it to the systems where healthcare work actually happens, and ship it to production, all without writing code.

We’re growing the team building Studio, and you’ll be a core part of that. You will join the team deepening and expanding our product portfolio, including:

  • The agent builder, where teams define an agent’s behavior and validate it against evals before it ever talks to a real patient, payor, or provider.

  • The system of context, the entities and knowledge layer that gives every agent the data, memory, and domain understanding our best human coordinators rely on.

  • Connectors, which plug agents into the CRMs, EHRs, and payor systems our customers already run on.

You’ll work alongside other product managers on Studio and side by side with an engineering team pushing the edge of what AI and ML can do. You’ll help decide how the latest breakthroughs actually show up in the product, and you’ll see them in customers’ hands in weeks, not quarters.

Your Impact

In your first year, you will:

  • Take a meaningful slice of Studio from idea to shipped, owning discovery, requirements, and launch for the areas closest to you.

  • Help build our system of context: shape how entities, knowledge, and memory work so agents bring real domain understanding into every conversation.

  • Turn what’s happening in AI into product. Track new models and techniques, and translate them into features that keep our agents sharper and more capable than anything else out there.

  • Make building an agent feel easy. Define how teams design, test, deploy, and refine agents without code, and make that experience faster with every release.

  • Stay close to customers and users, turning what you learn into a roadmap grounded in real needs, not guesses.

  • Partner with a deeply technical engineering team, staying current enough on AI and ML (including reading the research) to make sharp product and technical tradeoffs alongside them.

  • Use product analytics and usage data to decide what to build, what to cut, and where to double down.

  • Ship, measure, and iterate fast, balancing the performance, latency, and cost tradeoffs healthcare demands.

Your Skillset

We are looking for someone who has:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with a track record of launching customer-facing products (not just internal tools).

  • Strong product sense and creativity. You form your own point of view on what to build and why, and you drive it forward without waiting to be told.

  • Genuine curiosity about AI: you actively learn on your own, through side projects, self-study, or staying close to the latest models and techniques.

  • A data-driven approach to decisions, with strong product analytics instincts.

  • A demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through the full product development lifecycle.

  • Comfort working alongside a highly technical engineering team and keeping pace with a fast-moving AI space.

  • A hustle mentality: you move fast, get your hands dirty, and own whatever needs owning.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build buy-in across teams.

  • Experience writing clear requirements, managing backlogs, and driving work to done in tools like Jira or Linear.

Additional nice-to-have skills:

  • Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup.

  • Prior experience building or launching AI agents, or working on AI and ML products.

  • Familiarity with knowledge graphs, retrieval, or data modeling.

  • Familiarity with healthcare (helpful but not required; we care more about AI curiosity and strong product instincts).

  • Proficiency wireframing and editing designs in Figma.

  • A degree in a technical discipline.

  • Hybrid work (SF office Mon/Tues/Thurs) + catered lunches (Bay Area Positions only)

  • Competitive salary, equity, and 401(k)

  • Generous PTO & parental leave

  • Bi-annual offsites & a collaborative, mission-driven culture
