Team mission
Our Group Reporting team is dedicated to delivering high-quality information to internal and external stakeholders, facilitating informed decision-making. As the Group Reporting Working Student, you will support our Reporting Function across financial and non-financial reporting , including hands-on support with data collection, documentation and report preparation.
Your mission
- Support the preparation and review of financial and non-financial reports, helping ensure compliance with relevant frameworks for the GetYourGuide Group.
- Assist in coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to gather, validate, and analyze data.
- Help prepare materials and support the delivery of training sessions for cross-functional stakeholders on regulatory standards, data collection, and process requirements.
- Help monitor regulatory developments and research best practices in reporting to support the team’s advisory work.
- Support the use, set up and maintenance of our reporting tool, helping run the reporting process on the platform.
- You will work on a 20 hour per week basis
Your toolkit
- Pursuing a Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a similar field.
- An interest or initial exposure to the preparation of financial and non-financial reports or frameworks (e.g., IFRS, CSRD/ESRS) is a plus.
- You have an affinity for technical topics and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail.
- Highly organized; you are able to prioritize tasks efficiently and communicate proactively.
- You have strong documentation and drafting skills; you are able to write drafts and translate complex topics into plain English.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
