Working Student, Partner Operations

🏆 What's the opportunity?

You will solve real problems for our airline partners every day: understanding what they need, sorting it out, and making sure it is done right. You will join Partner Ops, the team that keeps our airline partners running smoothly on the platform. This is a hands-on operations role - you will spend your days untangling partner problems and getting faster and sharper at it over time, with plenty of support as you find your feet.

🌍 This role is fully remote, anywhere in Portugal, and flexible around your studies. You will need to be enrolled at a Portuguese university. Our culture is positive, diverse, hard-working, feedback-heavy, and does not take itself too seriously.

🎬 A snapshot of what you'll be doing

• Handle incoming partner requests: understand the problem, make the change, and see it through to a fix, with guidance as you learn.

• Get comfortable with our tools and the data behind them, so you can work out what is going on when something looks off.

• Keep partners informed and looked after while their request is being solved.

• Over time, become the person the team trusts with trickier cases and for spotting how to make a process better.

🛠 What you'll need

• You are enrolled at a Portuguese university. We especially welcome bachelor students with time left in their degree, from any field - business, management, economics, tourism, languages, communication, information systems and more.

• You think in a structured way and can walk someone through your reasoning.

• You are comfortable picking up new software and confident with spreadsheets. You do not need to be technical, but you should not be afraid of tools and data.

• You communicate clearly in English, both spoken and written.

• You are dependable and organised, and you care about getting the details right.

• You enjoy figuring things out and stick with a problem until it is solved.

Bonus points:

• Any part-time work where you had real responsibility - customer-facing, admin, tutoring, or running a club or event.

• Any exposure to spreadsheets, support tools, or the AI tools you use to study or work.
