We're seeking an experienced aerospace engineering professional to coach students looking to break into or advance within the aerospace industry. This role includes helping students strengthen their technical foundation across aerospace systems design, propulsion and aerodynamics, flight mechanics and controls, avionics and embedded systems, spacecraft engineering, and aerospace manufacturing and materials. Coaches also support career development by reviewing resumes and cover letters, refining LinkedIn profiles, and preparing students for both behavioral and technical interviews, along with guidance on networking strategy and salary negotiation as they work to land roles in the field. Ideal candidates have significant hands-on experience in aerospace engineering (industry, research, or government), prior mentoring or teaching experience, and a clear, structured approach to explaining complex technical concepts and career strategy alike. Coaches set their own hours and rates, host sessions virtually, and partner with our team to deliver a high-quality, supportive experience for every student.
