About the Role: We are looking for an Engagement Manager to join our growing team. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will serve as the right hand to our Managing Partner, helping shape how some of the world's most influential organizations embrace and operationalize AI. You will own client relationships from the inside out — building deep trust with senior leaders, orchestrating engagements end to end, and ensuring that every interaction with AI Aspire leaves a lasting impression. You are not just managing projects; you are helping transform how enterprises think about and act on AI. This role is for someone who brings the strategic sharpness of a seasoned consultant, the interpersonal intelligence to navigate complex organizations, and the genuine curiosity of someone who is truly excited about what AI makes possible.
