We are seeking a product-minded AI Engineer to design, build, and ship end-to-end AI-driven capabilities to our system. The role focuses on rapid execution, pragmatic product and business awareness, and full-stack ownership in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Build AI-driven applications and features end-to-end, including any task necessary (UI, light devOps, data cleanups, etc.) required to achieve successful delivery.
- Work with internal stakeholders and product teams to translate raw, shifting requirements into clear technical solutions.
- Leverage 100% Agentic Coding workflows to maintain exceptional development velocity and capability.
- Diagnose and resolve issues across the entire feature stack with a strong bias for action.
- Apply critical thinking to separate essential business value from noise, actively identifying risks and challenging requirements when appropriate.
What We Need:
- 5+ years of meaningful software engineering experience.
- Proven experience of delivering software to customers and a willingness to work on any part of the tech stack.
- Daily proficiency with Agentic Coding approach (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Codex, etc.).
- High comfort level with ambiguity, dynamic environments, and self-directed execution.
- Strong communication skills and a pragmatic, product-first approach to problem-solving.
- Hybrid Work Model: This role supports a flexible hybrid work model, requiring a minimum of three days per week on-site in the office, per company policy.
