About the Role As a Clinical Care Navigator, you’ll provide compassionate, timely clinical support to clients navigating a wide range of mental health, behavioral health, and life challenges. You’ll use your clinical expertise to assess needs and risk, provide brief interventions and crisis support, and connect clients with the right care and resources. In this fast-paced, high-volume role, you’ll help remove barriers to care through personalized support, making it easier for clients to take the next step toward connecting to care.   This role may be a good fit for you if you’re: A strong written and verbal communicator, with sound clinical judgment, excellent time-management skills, and the ability to confidently navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment. You’re skilled in brief clinical support, risk assessment, crisis response, and connecting people to the right care and resources. You’re comfortable using technology to support your work, adaptable to change, and bring a growth mindset to your practice. Most importantly, you’re passionate about making high-quality mental health care more accessible and helping clients get the support they need, when they need it most. You must be able to work the following shift(s): Tuesday - Saturday 9:30am - 6pm PST (10:30am - 7pm MT / 11:30am - 8pm CT / 12:30pm - 9pm ET) Sunday - Thursday 9:30am - 6pm PT (10:30am - 7pm MT / 11:30am - 8pm CT / 12:30pm - 9pm ET)   Weekends include a 10% shift pay differential!   This role can be carried out fully remote/virtually. Remote candidates must be physically located within the United States.
