Additional support includes skill building for on-camera and behind-the-scenes work, as well as guidance for those pursuing freelancing opportunities in the industry. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in broadcasting or journalism (as an on-air talent, producer, reporter, or industry professional), a strong understanding of what it takes to succeed on-air and behind the scenes, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
