We are seeking a talented multi-disciplinary Business Systems Analyst to define, implement, and drive solutions that enable sales, Hardware operations and finance functions. You will formulate recommended system design and partner with external technology providers and internal cross-functional teams. In this role, your contributions will directly drive business systems optimization, speed to market, productivity, and profitability.
This is based in San Mateo, CA 2-3 times a week in office.
How you’ll make an impact:
Partner with Hardware Operations, Finance and Sales teams to define business processes and associated system requirements.
Distill the business requirements in sufficient detail to allow proper design, configuration, customization and development of system solutions.
Define, design, test and implement business solutions using standard /custom-built and third-party systems.
Lead system implementation projects and deliver key artifacts including requirements documentation, systems configuration, user acceptance testing, issue identification and resolution.
Support mission-critical and business-critical systems.
Proven ability to influence diverse groups of stakeholders, including senior stakeholders.
Desired qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in CS/MIS or other equivalent fields
3+ years of experience with Netsuite ERP
Experience with any ERP or domain understanding of Finance, Operations Mgmt, Supply Chain/Manufacturing Etc is preferred
Experience with Advanced Excel (vlookups, Pivot tables) & other Data analysis tools
2-3 Experience with JavaScript, SQL or other scripting languages
Ability to write PL/SQL queries and create dynamic reports and /searches
Understanding of software development lifecycle.
Understanding of Consumer Electronics hardware product lifecycle is preferred but not required
Strategic and tactical skills in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an intellectual curiosity
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and pick up new skills
Self-starter and proactive personality with a proven track record of following through and delivering on responsibilities
Obtaining FAA Part 107 certification within the first 60 days of employment is strongly encouraged for all Skydio employees and required for certain positions
Ability to work in HQ 2-3 times a week in San Mateo, CA
Compensation: At Skydio, our compensation packages for regular, full-time employees include competitive base salaries, equity in the form of stock options, and comprehensive benefits packages. Compensation will vary based on factors, including skill level, proficiencies, transferable knowledge, and experience. Relocation assistance may also be provided for eligible roles. The annual base salary range for this position is $130,000 - $165,000*.
