The Role
This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role built to give one of our advisors a true right hand. You'll serve as the dedicated point of continuity for a thriving, boutique advisory practice — owning the full client service lifecycle (everything except the client meetings themselves) so the advisor can stay focused on planning and relationships instead of day-to-day execution. This isn't a stepping stone to becoming an advisor or a people manager, and it isn't a sales or prospecting role — it's built for someone who wants to own this seat and get really good at managing the client relationship process.
