Qualified Health partners with health systems to deploy an AI platform used by clinical and non-clinical staff across the enterprise. The Cohort Services team ensures that partnership translates into real adoption, measurable value, and durable relationships with health system leaders. We work across every partnership, helping health systems learn from each other’s successes and failures as we go.
The Cohort Services Manager drives engagement across all Qualified Health partner systems: leading the training sessions that get frontline staff comfortable and confident with the Qualified platform, producing the educational and engagement materials that support adoption at scale, and planning the events and programs that bring health system partners together. This is a highly cross-functional role suited to someone who is equally comfortable running a live training session, writing clear and polished content, and managing the logistics of a multi-stakeholder event.
You'll also enable account-facing AI Transformation teams to deliver your material themselves — so what you build has to work in someone else's hands. There's room to build AI assistants inside our own product that train and support users directly, if that's interesting to you.

Facilitate office hours where users get hands-on help using the platform.
Gather feedback use it to continuously refine curriculum, materials, delivery, and our product.
Help department leaders achieve ROI
