Your Impact:

We're looking for a curious, creative, and detail-oriented Content Designer to help shape how users learn about and interact with our products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys transforming complex information into intuitive, engaging, and visually compelling content.

As part of the Content Experience team, you'll partner with product managers, designers, engineers, and senior content creators to develop user-centered documentation and learning experiences. While building technical documentation is an important part of the role, your primary focus will be designing content that helps users quickly find, understand, and apply information to solve their jobs to be done (JTBD).

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is passionate about information design, visual communication, and creating exceptional customer experiences.

  • Design clear, engaging information experiences that help users accomplish tasks efficiently.

  • Write, edit, and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user guides, conceptual topics, tutorials, release notes, feature documentation, and in-product help.

  • Create and maintain user-facing documentation, conceptual guides, tutorials, release notes, and in-product help.

  • Transform complex technical concepts into content that is easy to understand using a combination of text, visuals, diagrams, flowcharts, infographics, and other media.

  • Organize content using sound information architecture principles, ensuring information is modular, searchable, and easy to navigate.

  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX designers, and support teams to understand new features and translate them into customer-focused content.

  • Contribute to content strategy by identifying opportunities to improve discoverability, usability, and consistency across documentation.

  • Assist in developing visual assets such as process diagrams, workflows, illustrations, and learning journeys that complement written technical documentation.

  • Test product features and workflows to validate documentation accuracy and improve the user experience.

  • Edit and review content for clarity, consistency, accessibility, and adherence to style guidelines.

  • Continuously learn new technologies, products, and design approaches to improve how information is communicated.

Your Toolkit:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Information Design, UX, Graphic Design, English, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 0–3 years of experience in technical writing, information design, UX writing, instructional design, or a related discipline.

  • Excellent written and visual communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and information organization.

  • Ability to simplify complex ideas for different audiences.

  • Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and asking thoughtful questions to gather information.

  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to iterate based on feedback.

  • Experience using documentation tools, content management systems, or design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Paligo, Confluence, or similar).

  • Familiarity with diagrams, flowcharts, wireframes, or other visual communication techniques.

  • Basic understanding of software development or cloud technologies is helpful but not required.

  • Portfolio demonstrating documentation, information design, visual communication, or UX writing projects.

  • Experience creating illustrations, infographics, or instructional graphics.

  • Familiarity with structured authoring or content reuse principles.
