About the Role

We're looking for a Contract Talent Coordinator to help ensure our candidate and employee experience is top-notch. This is a 6-month (20 hours per week) contract with the possibility of extension based on business needs. The ideal candidate is well-versed in day-to-day Talent Acquisition coordination, able to autonomously plan efficient processes, and proactive about finding new ways to do the job better. They thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative startup environment, bringing exceptional follow-through, a strong sense of urgency, and precision to everything they do. You Will

  • Support a world-class candidate experience from interview scheduling to onboarding

  • Liaise with our executive admin team to help connect candidates with our leadership team

  • Own the scheduling process end-to-end for both evergreen and opportunistic hiring needs, proactively anticipating and surfacing needs and obstacles

  • Coordinate on-site interviews and candidate visits, including logistics, travel, and day-of support

  • Use our recruiting tech stack, including Ashby, to help teams streamline processes and delight candidates and stakeholders

  • Manage clear, concise, and professional communication with candidates and hiring partners, in written and verbal form

  • Maintain confidential candidate and employee data

  • Respond to internal and external inquiries or requests and provide assistance in a timely manner, while optimizing for speed and efficiency

You Have

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition operations; 2-3 years preferred

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced tech company preferred

  • Experience supporting technical teams is a huge plus

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

  • Passionate about building and growing relationships

  • Track record of supporting multiple scheduling or customer needs at once with a high level of speed and accuracy

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to continuously improve and streamline processes

  • Ability to keep and handle confidential information appropriately

  • Fast learner with a growth mindset who thrives in a constantly evolving environment with shifting priorities, while maintaining a get-it-done attitude

  • Proficient in MS Office and/or Google Suite; familiarity with Ashby a plus
