The Marketing Strategy and Operations team at Coursera partners with all areas of the marketing organization and the enterprise sales team to drive revenue, design and execute marketing strategies, and lead internal processes to enhance productivity, leverage, and efficiency.
As the Creative Operations Program Manager, you will be the primary architect of the systems and processes that power Coursera’s creative output. You will manage the complex interplay of creative demand from marketing and product stakeholders, the execution capacity of our internal creative teams, and the strategic support of our external agency partners. Your goal is to establish a best-in-class operational model that ensures high-quality, distinctive creative work is delivered on budget and on time through effective cross-functional governance and resource optimization.
