Joblaze insights
From the original posting
Your job is simple - get HAA to take over the timeline every day with banger content.
There will be endless creative and interesting stories for you to capture - student profiles, high-profile events, unique experiences, campus life in SF, a sick speaker lineup, and more.
You’ll document the inner workings of the Academy, share what students are doing, create our social channels from scratch (e.g. podcast, newsletter, TikTok, Instagram, X), and grow the accounts to millions of followers and hundreds of millions of views over time.
You’ll have a lot of creative freedom to experiment with different content types, channels, and storytelling approaches. While we care about follower count, what’s most important is that we’re building a great brand that attracts cracked students.
We’re looking for someone who has already built a major public social following, deeply understands the algo, and is entrepreneurial, scrappy, and low ego. If you’re interested, share with us the best-performing content you’ve made and how you’d approach content for HAA.
