The Data Center Operations Program Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end execution of mission-critical programs that ensure the scalability and reliability of our global infrastructure. This role involves owning the DC Ops roadmap, ensuring timely delivery of all milestones in alignment with organizational objectives. • Fluency in project management tools such as Asana or Jira.
  • Demonstrated experience establishing processes and driving execution in high-growth, fast-paced operational environments.
  • Experience building and improving program governance structures and reporting frameworks

Preferred:

  • Familiarity or experience utilizing DCIM, CMMS, or facilities management platforms.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership through operational governance and review processes.
  • A formal project management certification or equivalent experience in structured PMO environments.
  • Experience building 'foundational' operational frameworks from scratch—creating the playbooks, tools, and reporting structures that allow a portfolio of projects to scale.
