Coaches also guide clients on applying emerging tools like AI fundamentals, AI model evaluation, and AI automation to their data science work. On the career side, coaches offer resume review, LinkedIn review, and cover letter guidance, along with behavioral and technical interview prep tailored to data science roles, plus networking strategy, salary negotiation, promotion strategy, broader skill building, and support for those pursuing freelancing opportunities. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience in data science (as a data scientist, machine learning engineer, or industry professional), a strong track record of turning data into actionable insight, and a clear, structured approach to coaching clients through both technical and career growth.
