Who We Are

About the Role

As an Associate on the Sales Strategy and Operations team, you will play an integral role in driving the insights, operations, and strategy that enable the Sales organization to run better, faster, and smarter. Sitting at the intersection of business strategy and technical execution, you will lead cross-functional initiatives from ideation to analytics to actionable recommendations.
Data serves as the core foundation of the company’s go-to-market strategy—powering target buyer identification, market expansion, sales team segmentation, and territory management. This position offers a high-impact platform to gain deep exposure into business operations, with clear career growth potential toward executive leadership (e.g., VP/COO tracks).

What You’ll Do
  • Improve Data Quality & Value: Identify new data-driven revenue growth opportunities, enhance lead generation methodologies, and improve sales prospecting efficiency by ensuring high data accuracy.
  • Design Internal Products: Conceptualize, design, and oversee the engineering development of internal, revenue-generating tools and products for the sales team.
  • Source & Evaluate Vendors: Conduct market analyses to evaluate vendor capabilities against business requirements, test vendor data quality, and present recommendations to the leadership team.
  • Bridge Technical & Business Teams: Translate non-technical feedback and “wish lists” from Sales Representatives into technical specifications for Data Engineers, and communicate insights back to business stakeholders.
  • Build End-to-End Analytics: Take ownership of cross-functional projects by transforming raw warehouse data into polished, executive-ready dashboards.
  • Process & Logic Documentation: Maintain operational discipline by documenting workflows and query logic to ensure all analyses and processes are reproducible and scalable.

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or a highly technical Management Consulting role.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Economics).
  • Technical Mastery:
  • Advanced SQL: Expertise in writing complex, performant queries on large, messy datasets.
  • Analytics Stack: Experience using Python for automation and Looker/Tableau for data visualization; expert-level Excel skills.
  • Data Pipeline Tooling: Hands-on experience with dbt or Apache Airflow is a significant plus.
  • Strategic Problem Solving: Strong autonomy as a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, with a high degree of analytical rigor and passion for data accuracy.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Proven ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders, translate complex data findings into actionable strategy, and partner closely with engineering and sales teams.
