Deal Desk Support & Governance: Review and approve sales deals in alignment with corporate approval matrices, discounting policies, and revenue recognition guidelines.
Order Management: Manage and process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
Tax & Regional Compliance: Ensure deals adhere to US, Canada, and Mexico tax rules by enforcing proper collection of tax exemption certificates, cross-border withholding tax (WHT) documentation, DTAA forms, and tax residency paperwork prior to deal completion.
Finance & Provisioning Alignment: Coordinate with Finance and Provisioning teams to ensure accurate billing setup, multi-currency handling, and timely provisioning of software.
Legal Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Legal using our Streamline AI tool to manage contract reviews, routing, redlines, and approvals.
Security & Vendor Approvals (RFP & VRA): Coordinate, complete, and submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Vendor Risk Assessments (VRAs) to clear compliance hurdles for North American enterprise buyers.
Sales Enablement & Training: Provide training and support to the sales team on order management, legal workflows, approval thresholds, and deal desk processes to reduce contract turnaround times.
CRM Maintenance & Data Integrity: Maintain and update sales order records in the CRM system to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all sales operations activities.
Process Efficiency & Optimization: Identify bottlenecks in the quote-to-cash cycle and assist in developing and implementing process strategies and initiatives to operate more efficiently.
Issue Resolution: Resolve any issues related to sales orders and deal approvals promptly.
Interdepartmental Liaison: Serve as connective tissue and strategic bridge between Sales, Global Finance, Legal, and Product to resolve deal blockers rapidly.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3 to 5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, or Order Management roles.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Quote-to-Cash and other relevant sales and AI tools.
