Asana for Client Management is a new product for Agencies to manage every client, every project, and every conversation in one place. We are looking for a collaborative Engineering Manager to lead one of the teams bringing this vision to life. In this role, you will build and empower a talented team of engineers, partner cross-functionally to shape the product roadmap, establish technical foundations, and deliver a superlative user experience.
This role is based in our Warsaw office with an office-centric hybrid schedule. The standard in-office days are Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday. Most Asanas have the option to work from home on Wednesdays. Working from home on Fridays depends on the type of work you do and the teams with which you partner. What you’ll achieve
- Hire and support a talented team of engineers to build a new product from the ground up.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product Management, Design, and Data Science to define roadmap priorities and deliver intuitive product capabilities.
- Guide architectural and technical decisions to ensure system reliability, performance, and long-term scalability.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous delivery processes, enabling the team to iterate quickly and ship value continuously.
- Champion accountability for key outcomes, linking your team's everyday work to Asana's broader strategic goals.
About you

For this role, the estimated base salary range is between 34,300 - 39,000 PLN gross. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
