About the role:

Join Dashlane as an Engineering Manager leading the Setup & Rollout team, the core engine driving our B2B growth. Millions of users and world-class enterprises rely on Dashlane to protect their digital lives. Your team owns the critical integrations that connect Dashlane to enterprise identity and security ecosystems: SSO, SCIM provisioning, SIEM integrations, and audit logging. When an IT admin seamlessly deploys Dashlane across thousands of seats, your team’s work is what makes that complexity look beautiful and simple.

You’ll have deep technical ownership of Dashlane’s confidential computing platform (AWS Nitro Enclaves), which powers our zero-knowledge encryption for enterprise features. Beyond operating it, you’ll help push the boundaries. We’re pioneering the application of AI and LLMs on confidential computing infrastructure, exploring how to bring intelligent capabilities to security-sensitive environments where data must never be exposed. This is genuinely uncharted territory in the cybersecurity industry, and your team will be at the forefront.
As a leader, you aren't just managing code, you’re growing people. You will lead, coach, and advocate for a high-performing team of senior backend and web extension engineers. Working closely with Product and Design, you will foster a culture of technical excellence and psychological safety, delivering features that directly impact enterprise revenue, retention, and competitive differentiation.

Location:

You will be based in Paris, with English as your working language. At Dashlane, we embrace a hybrid culture that combines the best of both worlds: the creativity and energy of in-person collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Our model is designed to strengthen team connections while supporting individual productivity and work-life balance. To maximize collaboration, we come together in the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays, while Wednesdays and Fridays offer more flexibility for focused work.

At Dashlane, you will:

  • Build a strong ownership and accountability culture within your team, as the business and product complexity grow at a rapid pace.
  • Help your direct reports grow and develop as managers, leaders, engineers, and teammates
  • Recruit new software engineers, and participate in Dashlane’s effort to be visible in the tech community in Paris
  • Support your team and make them autonomous by giving them all the appropriate tools they need to deliver without friction
  • Lead managerial initiatives to improve our current systems and processes in support of the company’s mission
  • Deliver Engineering strategy goals and actively contribute to shaping roadmaps and technical initiatives, including refinement sessions, ADRs, and other technical documents.
  • Work closely with product and business stakeholders to deliver on our Product Roadmap
  • Help define the direction of the Product Experience teams to improve the stability, security, and quality of the Dashlane product
  • Accelerate AI adoption across the SDLC
  • Work with passionate teams of engineers, product managers, testers, customer support agents, and others in a friendly and multicultural environment

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in software engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in people and project management (ideally in a distributed environment)
  • Fluency in English

We're Also Looking For:

  • Javascript/Typescript experience
  • Experience with a company at roughly Dashlane's size and scaling up (100-500 employees)
  • Experience working in a distributed team across multiple timezones
  • You have a BS in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Management, or similar relevant field
  • Strong interest in cybersecurity
  • Someone actively leveraging AI tools in their current work, with an informed perspective on how AI impacts team delivery, productivity, and engineering quality
