Experience documenting and maintaining detailed assembly and work procedures for clarity and future reference.
Practical experience working in a workshop, field, lab, or assembly environment and a commitment to high-quality workmanship.
Familiarity with shop equipment and automotive or industrial diagnostic tools.
Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organization and communication skills, effectively collaborating with team members and maintaining an accurate inventory system.
Ability and willingness to work in rugged operational environments, travel to customer sites, work away from home, and occasionally work unconventional hours as operational requirements demand.
Nice to have:
Experience working in mining, heavy industry, defence, field service, construction, or other demanding operational environments.
Familiarity with programming and configuration management, enhancing troubleshooting and automation capabilities.
Understanding of ROS and Linux operating systems, contributing to software integration and testing activities.
CNC, machining, metalworking, and welding skills, allowing for advanced fabrication and repair tasks.
Knowledge of automotive or heavy vehicle repair and maintenance, providing additional problem-solving expertise.
Practical experience with AV components like LiDARs, radars, cameras, GNSS, and vehicle communication systems, ensuring comprehensive understanding of vehicle systems.
Ability to design, draw, and prototype custom harness cables, contributing to innovative solutions.
Familiarity with CAD software (SolidWorks preferred) for navigating, designing, or modifying 3D models.
