Quick facts
From the original posting
About the role:
Curri is seeking an Enterprise Account Director to own the company's largest and highest-performing logos and grow them to their full revenue potential. This person operates as the CEO of their book, setting account strategy, building executive relationships, and driving expansion through marketplace growth, software adoption, and strategic partnerships. They will orchestrate GTM teams to execute at the location level while holding the revenue number for their accounts. Success is measured in attributable revenue growth, pipeline health, and the health of every rollout they initiate.
What you will do:
Own account strategy for Curri's top enterprise logos, prioritizing the initiatives that unlock the most revenue and sequencing them against a clear plan.
Build and sustain executive-level relationships that make Curri a strategic partner rather than a vendor.
Carry and forecast a revenue target, with accurate visibility into pipeline, opportunity, and account health at all times.
Drive growth and expansion through marketplace penetration, software adoption, and new partnership opportunities inside existing accounts.
Orchestrate across GTM teams to build and delegate location-level execution plans that scale a national account.
Generate pipeline and initiate rollouts early, translating enterprise agreements into live, producing branches.
Travel requirement: roughly 25%
What you need to have:
5+ selling into enterprise accounts, with a track record of growing existing logos rather than only closing new ones.
Strategic account planning ability that shows up as a written plan with named stakeholders, prioritized initiatives, and a revenue path, not a list of open opportunities.
Executive-level selling experience, comfortable holding a business conversation with a VP or C-suite buyer and earning the second meeting.
Cross-functional co-selling instincts, able to pull in ops, product, and marketing partners and give them clear roles in a shared account plan.
Hungry, determined, and coachable, with the humility to take feedback and the judgment to not get hung up on the small stuff.
Experience running sales cycles with a formal methodology, and hands-on CRM experience for pipeline management and forecasting.
Bonus points for:
Experience selling a marketplace or consumption-based product where revenue grows with usage.
Familiarity with construction, distribution, or industrial supply chains.
Background at a company that had a lot figured out but was still evolving, where you built process rather than inherited it.
What is in it for you?
Full ownership of Curri's most valuable customer relationships, with a direct line between your account strategy and the company's revenue.
Room to run an account the way you think it should be run, including the authority to pull GTM teams into your execution plan.
A team that consistently outpaces its goals and holds a high bar for how customers are served.
Competitive salary, equity compensation, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, 401K).
Fully remote, with the flexibility to work from wherever you are most effective.
A high-growth, mission-driven environment where your work has direct and measurable impact.
