Who we are

Atoms is building the machines that power the next era of progress.

Over the last decade, software has transformed the digital world. But the physical world, where food is made, minerals are mined, goods are moved, and industries are run, remains far less intelligent, far less efficient, and far more constrained. We’re changing that.

Atoms builds Physical AI— real-world robots for the industries that move civilization forward, starting with food, mining, and transport. Our systems are designed to understand, predict, and control the real world with precision, turning complex physical operations into something more reliable, more scalable, and more productive.

This work requires more than robotics. It requires deep integration across hardware, software, AI, operations, manufacturing, and real estate. We don’t just build machines in a lab. We deploy them into real environments, operate them, learn from them, and improve them until they work at scale.

We are roboticists, engineers, operators, and builders. We believe the next great technology companies will not only transform information, but the physical systems that shape everyday life.

If you want to work on hard problems with real-world impact, join us.

What you’ll do

  • Design & Consulting — Partner with Enterprise clients to design highly efficient, scalable kitchen layouts within our Delivery Hubs, translating their typical operations into a space that maximizes function with minimal customization. Help build a prototype solution that scales repeatedly across our growing Cloudkitchen network.
  • Onboarding & Buildout — Own the post-occupancy scope that gets each Licensee's kitchen ready to operate, including permits, equipment layout, and buildout.
  • Internal Stakeholder Management — Serve as the connective tissue between City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction, and Onboarding teams, while coordinating external contractors and the Licensee directly. This includes:
  • Space planning (kitchen floor plan incorporating licensee food service equipment)
  • Sourcing and scheduling tenant improvements, plus light construction administration
  • Managing building permits for major tenant improvement work
  • Partnering with operators to submit and track health permitting approvals
  • Enterprise Customer Experience — Own the client experience throughout the entire design and construction phase of onboarding into the DeliveryHub and Cloudkitchen network.
  • Financial Management — Manage all tenant improvement (TI) expenditures through AP/AR.
  • Growth & Process — Take on regional projects and new initiatives, and help shape and scale the function itself as the team grows.

What we’re looking for

  • 4 - 6 years of experience any in house PM or designer/construction administration for enterprise food, retail, or service industry

  • Stakeholder Management: manage expectations, influence others with different goals, organized

  • Communications: precise, detail-oriented, highly responsive, verbal, high organized, precise verbal and written communication

  • Ownership: high level of follow-through (managing unreliable contractors), cares strongly about details, reliable

  • Analytical and creative problem solver: think critically, data driven, complex problems

  • Build process: build the machine - ultra focused on efficiency and scale

  • Emotional Intelligence: Manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders and customers.
