About the Role

We’re not here to follow the normal path—we’re here to build something Abnormal. We're one of the fastest-growing AI startups, recognized recently within Fortune’s Most Innovative Companies, CNBC’s Tech 50, and Forbes’ Top AI Companies to Watch.

At the center of it is our Las Vegas-based office —a dynamic hub for in-person connection in our remote-first company. This isn’t your typical office—it’s where global teams come together in-person to learn, collaborate, and grow. From new hire onboarding to team offsites and beyond.

We’re looking for a Events & Meetings Coordinator, LV to help lead the execution of high-impact, in-person experiences at our Las Vegas office. In this role, you’ll be a key partner in delivering seamless events. It's a unique opportunity to blend hospitality, operations, and culture-building in a fast-growing tech company—bringing care and attention to every detail, right here in Las Vegas.

What you will do

  • GTM Team Meetings & Offsites: Support the execution of internal meetings, offsites, programs and training in partnership with business leaders and executive assistants, ensuring a high-impact experience from start to finish.
  • Enablement Partnership: Work closely with our Enablement teams—key partners in delivering the Training Center experience—to help make sure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This includes things such as supporting hotel room block coordination, daily center setup, meals, team-building activities, offsites, and all the day-to-day logistics that create a fun, seamless, and well-organized experience for everyone involved.
  • Act as the local expert: Own the development and evolution of a comprehensive playbook and menu of ideas that showcase the best of the Las Vegas experience. This includes top-tier in-office offerings (e.g., standout catering from local restaurants), strategic vendor partnerships (e.g., transportation, hotels), and engaging, ever-evolving team-building activities. Your mission: continually elevate our corporate experiences with fresh, creative, and memorable touches that make every program exceptional.
  • On-Site Presence: Be physically present during training sessions, offsites, and company meetings (approximately up to 75% of the time) to provide structure and real-time support. Remote work is allowed on non-program days.
  • Facilities & Administrative Liaison: Serve as the primary link with Abnormal’s world-class Facilities team to maintain an office environment conducive to training and collaboration. This person will be the local team member responsible for office related tasks including security access as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Continuously enhance the operational playbook to deliver greater quality, efficiency, and attendee satisfaction. Bring creativity and care to every program, ensuring each one feels better than the last.
