From the original posting
Kalshi has defined a new category: prediction markets. Kalshi allows people to trade on the outcome of any events and turn any question about the future into a financial asset. Kalshi fought for years and legalized prediction markets in the US for the first time in history, is currently the fastest growing financial market in America, and has thousands of markets across politics, economics, financials, weather, tech, AI, culture and more.
We believe prediction markets have the potential to be the largest financial market because they turn anything into a financial position.
Our vision: well… build the largest financial market on the planet.
Our mission: bring more truth to the world through the power of markets.
Our culture is simple: we hire really talented people, work really hard, and enjoy the climb. We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.
As Executive Assistant, you'll be the operational backbone for two members of Kalshi's leadership team, keeping their days running seamlessly so they can stay focused on what matters most. You'll own complex calendar and travel management, anticipate needs before they surface, and serve as a trusted point of contact for stakeholders across and beyond the company. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, can juggle competing/shifting priorities, and takes genuine pride in being the person who makes everything run on time and without friction.

Plan and coordinate team events, offsites, and meetings
Take on occasional personal tasks and errands to help the executives stay focused and efficient
Handle confidential information with sound judgment and total discretion
4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable support role, ideally supporting more than one executive
Exceptional organization and attention to detail; you keep many workstreams moving without letting anything slip
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A proactive, resourceful problem-solver who anticipates needs and takes initiative
Skilled at managing competing demands and prioritizing across multiple stakeholders
Flexibility to work later hours when the role calls for it
High level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information
Based in or able to work in person in our downtown Manhattan office
